Dear members and friends,

Today I am sorry to say, that my father Siegfried Maurer, long being a member of our society, left us for ever on September 2nd as a result of an heart attack and having stayed at hospital for about 4 weeks.

Being absolutely clear in his mind until the very last moment in his life he gave us the chance to give him final words and thanks for all the good things he has done for us during his whole life. Our family took this chance while visiting him at hospital for many, many times, my mom even daily.

He would have loved being among us for further months or even years watching especially the youngest of our family growing, but his time was over so had to follow the last call.

We all will miss Siegfried Maurer vor ever.

I personally lost my best friend!
