The schooner “Seeteufel” will again set sails – we will help !!!
Perhaps you know that von Luckner's last ship was the "Seeteufel" (Sea Devil). It was a schooner.
This ship still exists!!!

The Russians have it in St. Petersburg, and just in time the ship could be saved from being scrapped with the help of Mrs. Anuchina – now a member of our society. She had the chance to give the schooner into the hands of investors who now are restoring it. The “Seeteufel” had been in a fairly bad condition but could be saved.

The Russians stay in contact with us and asked us for help because they are intending bringing the ship into the shape it had when von Luckner used it for his trip to Australia and New Zealand. A little sensation!!!

With this ship we could travel to the places the Count visited in his travels and do public relation work for our projects and the Count. The schooner Seeteufel would be the most suitable mean to set again sails for this good purpose.
Please help! We need photos and documents showing the ship in the late 30's during the time von Luckner had it. Information please send to info@luckner-society.com
